Layering Technique Card

Hi everyone.  Monica here and today I'm going to show you how to use the layering technique to make a beautiful New Years card.  I was inspired to use black and gold for this card and wanted.  I always think of those love party hats using these colors so I thought that this would be perfect.

I am going to be using on of the latest stamp set from Stampers Delights for this project called Anime Cheer

Below I have a step-by-step tutorial using the layering technique as a background to this lovely image.  I Used the supporting stamps to create the background.  I hope that you enjoy this tutorial

Quilting Technique Card

Hi everyone.  Today I have a great technique for any level.  With the Christmas holiday just around the corner, I wanted to make a card using the latest stamp set from Stampers Delights.

This little chibi character inspired me to make a scene behind her with a lovely tree.  I figured that it would use the quilting technique for this in order to get a beautiful frame around my image.

I have made a full tutorial video to show you how to make this lovely card step by step.  I hope that you enjoy the video below.

New Anime Clear stamp Coloring video - Flower pattern

Hi,

Eivor here, and today I am going to show you a copic tutorial video. I am coloring the new clear stamp "Anime Cheers" top in a flower pattern.

I made a tag this time, and I think it will be perfect to tie for example on a bottle. A perfect thing to give to the host if you go to a dinner or a party. Maybe the New Years party?!

Here you can see the stamp set, with all different words, numbers at a beautiful clock.

Now it is time to show my first coloring video...hope you like it.

I have used the color R20 and R22 for my flowers.

Below I also edit some pictures on my tutorial.

First R20 (the brightest)

Second color R22

When the flowers are done. I let the image rest for a while, so the ink can dry just a little and then I color the hole top with R000. Just to get a soft soft color top. I don't go over the flowers just arround.

I like to remind you all of our Progressive FB Challenge for October that is live now and also to join our Stampers Delights Fan Group on Facebook.

Halloween Slimline Video

Hi everyone! Brand Ambassador kel here to share a quick coloring & foiling video with you using the new Chibi release Too Cute To Spook. She comes as a Clear Stamp but I'm working with her as a digital stamp which is also available in the Stampers Delights store

She is so cute with her jack o'lantern!! And I know you can't really tell in the picture because of the glare but the sentiment (which is from the Kawaii Halloween Pal Pumpkin Pete stamp set) is foiled with a nice and shiny gold foil... you can kind of see it in the close-up picture.

And here's the coloring, foiling, and assembly video - I only speak in the very beginning to introduce the project. The video's sped up 4-8x so this card took me just under an hour to complete. And I always leave the reds and pinks for last because I find that they tend to bleed a bit more easily!!

And if it doesn't work, click here to see the video on

Thanks for joining me and see you again soon!

Making A CAS Card

Hi everyone and welcome!  If you are returning, we are surely glad to have you back.  Halloween is making it's way here.  While this is not something that most countries celebrate it is something that everyone can still enjoy.  It's a fun sort of holiday with elaborate or simple costumes and candy giving.  What's not to like.

I wanted to make a simple CAS card for today's project.  You may have heard the term or not and may be wondering what that actually means.  Well CAS =  Clean And Simple.  For the most part it is an image on a white background.  This allows the image to really stand alone and be the focal point of the card.  Usually there is little to no embellishments on the cards.

For today's project I will be using this cutie!  Because who doesn't love a cute pumpkin wearing kid?  This is one of the newest releases and is up on the shop.  click on the link below.

Without any further ado...below is the video showing how to pull together this simple and easy card.  Enjoy!

Making Stitching Accents 3 Ways

Hi everyone!  Welcome to another video tutorial on the Stampers Delights.  Today I am going to be showing how to add some simple detailing to your project with items you may have around your craft room.

For this project I decided on making a Halloween card.  This is, absolutely, my favorite time of the year.  Celebrating Halloween allows me to bring out my inner child and just have fun.  What's not to like about a holiday that give the opportunity to eat candy in masses?

This video tutorial will we will be going over adding in three different types of stitching details and accents to your projects.

I decided that I would use the latest clear stamp set from Stampers Delights called "Chibi Too Cute To Spook".  This set contains items for either Halloween or Fall usage.

New Anime Video Tutorial

Hi everyone!  Monica here today to share with you a new tutorial showcasing making a beautiful background using the supporting stamps in the new "Anime Believe In Yourself" stamp set.  This is a high quality photo polymer set with a lovely anime school girl.

Here I have the image of the card using the background I will be using today.  I love using colorful backgrounds to support the image and making it pop.

You don't always have to have fancy dies to make a beautiful card, but making the image the star of your card is what is important.  You can see how I Made this in the video below.
