New Chibi Clear stamp Tutorial

Hi,
Eivor here again with a new tutorial. It is release weekend in Stampers Delights shop and I have made a card with the super cute new clear stamp "Chibi Smile" and I want to show you how I made my card this card.

First I stamped the image on a paper that is for copic sketch (I colour with that), then I choosed the colors I liked and wanted to use and after that I started to color. I always start with the skin colors and always with the face. After the skin is done I go to the hair, it is just the way I like to work. Janice create the most lovely hair on her images and it is so much fun to color! It have the most beautiful waves.

After the skin and hair was done, I started with the clothes. When I color I often divide the image, for example in this case the blouse, and color in smaller areas. It gives me more of controll over the colors so they blend the way I want.

I colored the image with:
Skin: E11, E21, E00, E000, E0000, R22, R20, R30
Hair: E59, E44, E27, Y21
Clothes: BG13, BG11, BG10, YG17, YG11, G20
Headphones/Tie: R32, R30,R000
Shoes: E43, E42, E41, E40

When the image was colored I choosed the papers and cut them i the size I wanted for this card. The patterned papers are cut 5,2"x5,3" and 5,4"x5,5" and the white card base is 5,8"x5,9".

I created a cute edge on one of the pattern papers with a die and I also cut the saying with a bubbly cirkel to get a little of the same shape on them both. The saying I have colored with copic sketch and the image I have fuzzy-cut.

Then I put the card together, clue the paper on each other. On the image "Chibi Smile" I used some pop-dot tape to get the dimension I like to have on my card.

And below you see my finish card...again.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope I have inspired you to create and have fun!
